St John’s Wood, London
The overall effect of this beautiful North London home is of understated style and luxury. A simple opulence is created using a palette of primarily oyster with splashes of colour with furniture of walnut finishes and patinated gold detailing. Organic form so important to the client was conveyed through the materials used with contemporary references to naturalness. A unique centrepiece to the house rests on the Tea Room. A western contemporary take on an ancient tradition, the bespoke tea table at its centre is truly one of a kind. Made in walnut with a Verometal sculpted flowing ‘root’ leg detail with an integral hob and drainage system it fits seamlessly into the design scheme.
