Part of Europe’s largest hosiery manufacturer, the retail brand Goldenpoint has over 700 outlets in 28 countries and is considered one of Europe’s market leaders.
We were appointed by Goldenlady Company SpA to work with them on their complete new visual language and merchandising starting from the brand values down. We worked with them on their store at Il Leone, Castiglione delle Stiviere, which was their closest store to their headquarters. We defined the complete visual communication guides from brand communication at macro level through to micro level POS. We set in place their tone of voice, graphic hierarchy principles, use of the slogan, message definition by function and window strategy.
We defined their seasonal themed graphics and sales graphics. Further to that, we defined their visual merchandising grid for their new store format, as their metal frame system utilities too much linear space. These were all trialed in their Il Leone store and then rolled out across their European portfolio.
Following the successful launch of the retail brand communication, we were asked to create and style their goldenpointonline.it website from scratch. We worked closely with their marketing department and web programmers to create the complete creative and content framework for the website. Starting from the overall brand values of making the site fresher and easier to navigate, we worked on homepage, navigation by brand and by gender, then by style and the number of products to be displayed by collection. The website design is the same site being used today.
