One of the UK’s long standing fashion handbag brands, were looking to optimize their retail potential by defining a concept in the factory outlet sector. Following on from our handbag experience, we were asked to create their new concept to open first of all in Cheshire Oaks McArthur Glen factory outlet.

We are asked to work with their three brands of Fiorelli, Modalu and Nica to allow each brand to be showcased in way that would allow customers to navigate the space by brand. We created a central visual draw from front to back of the space to a brand totem space behind the cash desk. Running around the perimeter, we created a modular system to display volume products by brand and then to have ‘brand walls’. Mid-floor, we created brand islands, which would communicate the brand along with focusing on SLAs to generate impulse purchase opportunities.

The concept was opened in Gun Wharf in Portsmouth and Clarks Village in Street and has since been extended
